In all
Scandinavia, computers connected to Internet can be found in libraries. Don’t be afraid:
usually you won’t be asked for reader’s card. Simply, having entered a library, look
for computer, wait until it is abandoned and send messages for your friends. Also there
are many accessible computers in universities and other educational institutions. It is
only important not to get under suspicion rushing around the building.

identify you to be a foreigner, you probably will not be allowed
to use computers for long. Look for the Faculty in Trzaska
