Subject: HH: travel by time machine


Hello

This wekend I was hitch-hiking to Minsk. It was my second HH trip to BY. Yeah. It is a real experience! it is like a travel my time machine.
I just hitch-hiked 35 minutes till LT border and there it is - Soviet Belarus with President's dictature.

Some weeks ago the representative of Belarus HHC "Sky Division", Alexey just escaped from the hands of special units of presidents army. He was taking part in youth meeting against the dictature...
In all shops and coffes you feel the spirit of soviet times. President Lukashenka even returned soviet coat of arms and flag!

Just very seldom it is possible to see brave guys wearing the badge - national flag of Belarus...
But ... prices in BY are like in Iran :-)

0.5 l of beer - 0.2 USD
ticket for city bus - 0.02 USD
1 l of milk - 0.15 USD


In Iran people have very similar prices, but average salary is 100 USD and in BY it is just 40 USD...
Comparing with belarus Russian kaliningrad region is really Europaen :-)

Together with "Sky Divisions's" representatives in Minsk and brest we talked about possibilities of callaboration, plans, etc.
First possible action will be NY celebration in Svetlogorsk (Kaliningrad region, RUS)
