My travel's chronicle:

98/06/20-21 Hitch-hiking from Vilnius (Lithuania) to Budapest.
98/06/22 evening: I left Budapest.
98/06/23 evening: arrivving to Ljubljana.
98/06/24 walking around the capital of Slovenija.
98/06/25 morning: I left Ljubljana and then visited Bled, Vintgar, the bigest mountain in SLO - Triglav. The night I spent near Bohisko ezero (Bohinsko lake), where was a concert.
98/06/26 I visited the second large town in Slovenija - Maribor. I liked this town. Evening I spent in the concert in Murska Sobota.
98/06/27 I visited Postojnia Jama (the cave of Postojnia), beautiful old city near the sea - Piran. In the evening I crossed Slovenian - Croatian border.
98/06/28 Traveling in Istra peninsula. Sleeping near the city - Labin.
98/06/29 The first day in Rijeka.
98/06/30 I decided to hitch-hike to Split (in the South of Croatia). I think it was not my day, so after 3 hours hitch-hiking I returned to Rijeka. In that moment has been finished football competition between Croatia and Romania (1:0). Then started a strong rain and a storm. I delighted with the celebration of the football fans in Croatia. Some of them swimed in the bogs on the ground. It was astonishing.
98/07/01 Another try to hitch-hike to Split. At 4 p.m. i am in Split. In all these days in Croatia tehre were terrible hot (~+33 degrees by Celsijus). In Split i spent only one night.
98/07/02 At 7 p.m. I took a ship from Split to Rijeka.
98/07/03 At 7 a.m. I am in Rijeka. Further route: Rijeka - Zagreb - Maribor. This day i spent few hours in Zagreb and later went back to Slovenija (to Maribor).
98/07/03-05 I had a good time in LENT FESTIVAL. This festival one of the biggest in Europe. (http://lent.slovenija.net). Every day 5-7 concerts at the same time at different stages. Almost all performances were for free.
98/07/06-07 Journey to Praha (Czech Republic). I went through Hungary, then Brno (Czech).
98/07/08 Walking around the capital of Czech Republic.
98/07/09 At 1 p.m. I am leaving Praha. In the evening I almost reached Warsaw.
98/07/10 I AM AT HOME!!!!!!

CONCLUSIONS: The best hitch-hiking was in Slovenija. Here I saw a lot of hitchers. The most beautiful country was Slovenija. It has only 2 mln. inhabitans, but here you will find mountains, flats, caves, sea and, of course, friendly people.
